Christmas Cheer

They came and took Caleb's picture yesterday and I just had to share! He looks a like a little Eskimo. :) And then it reminded me of some pictures I took on Sunday when we decorated for Christmas. Christmas is So special this year!

Our Sweet Boy

Well, I was looking at my new baby last night, and his name came to me. It really is his name because I keep wanting to call him by that name, and most importantly, when I told Mike he was completely on board! So with great joy and delight, I introduce:

Caleb Aaron Wolfe
Born at 11:53 yesterday morning
9 lb 10 oz, 21 inches long

He has A LOT of dark brown hair, and the few glimpses that we see of his eyes they are quite dark. I am over the moon how the Lord has decided to bless us. Not just with the son to round out our family, but even down to the details of book-ending our family with dark haired beauties.

He did really well last night. I had the nurses take him and she brought him in every once in a while to nurse, which he does like a champ.

I can't tell you how sweet he is. All those little squeeks and grunts are just so precious. I forget those noises once they grow out of newborn-ness. It's so precious to hear them again.

I'm resting VERY comfortable. This was the smoothest and most pain free C-section yet. Another Praise the Lord! The Lord has just been SO apparent through this whole process. Thank you for all your Prayers!

It's Time!

Here we go! Tuesday, Dec 2nd, at 11am is the scheduled c-section! I covet your prayers! It's starting to dawn on me that I am subjecting myself to another c-section in the morning. But the outcome is SO worth it!

I just found out this evening that they do have internet at the hospital. So with any luck I will be able to post right from the hospital! Oh, how times have changed! :)

Later!
